Christ Community Church Little Rock

Haverstick Designs collaborated with Integrated Production Systems and Modus Studio on the acoustical design of Christ Community Church’s new Sanctuary and Multi-purpose Room in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Our work addressed both sound isolation and interior room acoustics, helping each space support its unique range of activities while minimizing unwanted sound transfer to surrounding areas. In the Sanctuary, the acoustical design was carefully integrated with the architecture, preserving the openness and abundance of natural light while incorporating custom acoustical elements throughout the room. These features were designed to provide the appropriate balance of speech intelligibility, musical clarity, and reverberant energy for both worship and amplified production.

The Multi-purpose Room was designed for flexibility, with acoustical strategies that support a variety of gatherings, events, and ministry functions. By coordinating closely with the architect and AV integrator, the acoustical systems became a cohesive part of the overall design—supporting the technical needs of the church without compromising the visual character of the spaces.
