Grey Area Studios

Grey Area Studios is a ground-up studio design created for acclaimed music producer Erik Ron in the heart of North Hollywood. Known for his work with artists like Godsmack, Panic! At The Disco, Bush, Motionless in White, and I Prevail, Erik’s dynamic production style called for a space as versatile and high-performing as the records he creates.

The custom facility features a meticulously designed Control Room, Live Room, Isolation Booth, and Production Room, all acoustically optimized for both creativity and precision. Complementing the technical spaces are a lounge, kitchen, and bathroom, delivering comfort without compromising function.

All sound isolation construction and custom acoustical treatments—including integrated lighting—were expertly executed by Built By Rosetone, bringing the design vision to life with precision and craftsmanship.
