Lakes Church

We were honored to provide the acoustical consulting for the major renovation of Lakes Church’s downtown Lakeland campus. Working in tandem with architect Myrick Gurosky + Associates and AVL integrator MG Systems, our team approached this project with a dual focus: elevating audio clarity and speech intelligibility while preserving and enhancing the facility’s aesthetic character.

The renovation included upgrades across the worship center and supporting spaces, and our acoustical scope addressed surface treatments from Acoustical Fulfillment, reverberation control, and integration with the audio/visual systems to ensure optimal performance for both spoken word and music‑driven worship formats.

From design concept through execution, our focus was on creating an environment where the congregation can clearly connect with the message, the worship team can perform at their best, and the architecture remains visually compelling. The result is a space that feels both welcoming and acoustically optimized for ministry.
