Located in the heart of Carmel, Indiana, The Palladium stands as one of the most beautiful and acoustically revered performance venues in the Midwest. When the time came to update its sound system for modern flexibility and precision, the team at the Center for the Performing Arts partnered with Haverstick Designs to lead the transformation.

Force Tech and Mid America Sound partnered to design a new L'Acoustics sound system to cover the 360-degree environment that could deliver an immersive experience for audiences while preserving the architectural integrity of the venue. Haverstick Designs collaborated closely with those involved to bring this goal to life. The system was carefully tuned to complement both amplified concerts and fully acoustic performances, allowing the space to transition seamlessly between symphony, jazz, and live production events.

Every step of the process was guided by detailed acoustic modeling and on-site measurement, confirming that the new system would enhance the Palladium’s already renowned clarity. The result is a space that feels more immersive and intimate than ever before, ensuring that artists and audiences alike experience the full power of performance in this unique venue.
